FILMING CONSENT FORM

I grant permission to Moulana Community cic to use photographic images/film, for

presentation under any use. This will include social media, and other media such as

newspapers, online articles, and funding reports.

The photos and film will be taken by a hand-held camera.

I understand that I may revoke this authorisation at any time by notifying Moulana community

 

Images will be stored in a secure location on the Moulana community cic server, and only authorised staff

will have access to them. They will be kept as long as they are relevant, and they will be

archived.
